When will you start my design?
Once your payment is received or deposit made (depend on the service you choose) your name will be added onto the queue. Once your name is placed on the queue you can expect your design to begin within the current wait time.
You will be notified if the wait time has been extended. If there is no one on queue, I will begin with your design immediately.
I would love to get a new look for my blog or websites, but I am afraid of losing everything. Will I end up losing my posts/contents or the things in my sidebars?

Everything stays the same, just the design changes. Think of it as a new outfit for your blog..Nothing has ever been lost in one of my blog designs, but it always a good idea to back up your template.
How does you take to finish one project?
The time takes for one project to finish depend on the type of project and also the complexity of the project. For a simple project like a blog banner, or ala carte blog header it will usually take 1-2 days to complete. As for blog makeover normally it will require 3-5 days for me to produce a marvelous design. For static websites design and E-commerce website it will take slightly longer to finish the job roughly 5-14 days or maybe more, depending on the criteria the client’s provide.
But the most important thing for me to complete the projects on time and to your utmost satisfaction, I’ll need your full cooperation, to give me any feedback I needed promptly.
